Michael Fullan’s book, “The Six Secrets Of Change”, references “The Toyota Way” (TTW) numerous times, at least fifteen times that I can find, as an example of philosophies and practices that are exemplary for educational change.  I will comment more on the specific examples, as I find the time.  As well, “The Six Secrets Of Change” is an excellent read that outlines key practices and philosophies to improve learning for all students.
